New Zealand home design

Whatever stage of New Zealand home design, and build process you’re at, we work closely with you to deliver the best – on time and on budget every time. We specialize in designing and building award winning homes on complex sites.

We have built more a lot of unique homes for New Zealanders since we have been here for a long time. Excellence is at the forefront of everything we do, which means the homes we build are sustainable, beautiful and functional.

We believe in great architecture. We believe in its enduring power to enhance our wellbeing, and its ability to work with nature, not against it.

Our purpose is to redesign our living future. To create living and working environments that flex with the rhythms of life and grow beautifully together with their natural surroundings. Brilliantly designed spaces that enhance life and our connection to our land and each other, for generations to come.

As a 100% New Zealand owned company, we support local businesses that produce building materials specifically for the New Zealand climate.

We have a comprehensive range of proven and popular designs for you, including single   +  double level / loft small homes.
