+ CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Involves the preparation of drawings and specifications to allow the project to go out to tender / pricing and construction.


+ ONSITE ATTENDANCE & AFTERCARE

Designers can observe construction to ensure the design intent is followed through on-site to keep you informed of progress and issues and identify defects for correction through to project completion. Normal they will also liaise with tradesmen and consultants and review contractor shop drawings for construction.


+ FF&E AND CURATION OF FURNITURE  

Come out a list of items to complete and complement the space along with a schedule including product name, supplier, size, finish, price and lead-time. Lastly can then place orders, procure items and oversee delivery.
