Build process.

1. Meeting on the initial concept and operation

- Our Building Consultant comes to your property to discuss and record your proposals, specifications, house plans, and budgets. Please contact us to set up a meeting.

2. Your new home's concept and architecture

- Gather your thoughts, separating what you need to do from what you want to accomplish, so you can think about goals, budgets, and timelines. Designers or contractors will give you an estimate of costs so you can determine if the project is feasible.

3. Acceptance of the estimate and the start development of a plan

- Your choices are recorded in a specification addendum, and your working drawings are planned, presented, and finalized.

4. Contract paperwork and construction approval from the city council

- Apply for a building permit as well as any other permits or consents that may be required.

- Ascertain that the person filling out the application understands what needs to be done and how to do it effectively. It must contain all of the requested material, including comprehensive drawings and proof of Building Code enforcement.

5. Project management and construction

- Apply for a building permit as well as any other permits or consents that may be required.

- Construction will begin once you have received building approval. You must inform your council as soon as you have a start date. This date is crucial because you must begin your project within 12 months of obtaining building approval and complete it within two years.

6. Finalization

- Once both parties are happy, a representative from our company will visit you at your home to hand over the keys and provide you with details about the house and product warranties.

- You must also make the final payments as stipulated in your contracts. Ensure that all council fines have been charged as well so that you can get a code enforcement certificate from the council (CCC).
